Directions:
- Mix sachet powder with 750ml water. Shake or stir well until contents dissolve. Add more water to suit taste.
- 1 sachet per day for Low Carb diets or intermittent fasting. 1 sachet per 2 hours of intensive exercise.
- Do not exceed 2 sachets per day. (except for endurance sport events)
- Due to the high sodium content, this product is not suitable for children.
