Directions:
- Use gentle, long sweeping strokes, apply light pressure on most of the body, especially the neck & chest.
- Start brushing at the bottom of your feet, moving upwards towards your heart.
- Use long sweeping strokes on your arms & legs.
- When brushing your arms, begin at the hands & work upwards towards your shoulders.
- Massage your stomach & buttocks in clockwise, circular motions.
- Body brush for 3 to 5 minutes, once or twice a week.
- You can use the brush with a natural soap in the shower or bath.
- After body brushing, wash off the remaining dry skin cells and finish the pampering session by applying a body moisturiser.

I apply oil after I shower and my skin is so hydrated
