I've been trying to exercise and changing my diet recently, but the sensation in my feet has been getting worse with time to a point where I wake up from excruciating pain. When I wake up in the morning, my feet feel heavy and uncomfortable, even though I'm not swollen. I started taking 1 tablet daily and have felt significant improvement in my overall circulation. The blood is definitely moving as it should, and no blocked arteries anymore. I feel like a different person, happy and relieved.
