Directions:

• Adults: On training days - take 4 capsules 30 minutes before training.
• Adults: On non-training/rest days take 4 capsules before breakfast on an empty stomach.
• Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
• Do not consume for more than 5 consecutive days a week, take 2 days off.
• Do not exceed daily recommended dose.

• Ensuring adequate hydration (2 litres) is especially important when supplementing with creatine.
