Make Hibiscus Tea in the following ways:
- Place dried hibiscus flowers in cold water and allow to sit for 1 to 2 days,or until the colour has faded from the flowers.
- Strain the tea through a fine sieve and discard the strained flower pieces.
- Add sweetener of choice.
- Serve hot or serve chilled as iced tea.
- Place dried hibiscus flowers in cold water in a pot, cover it and bring to boil. Steep for 10 minutes or until the colour has faded from the flowers.
