Everything you’ll need:
- 1 Bag of Mojo Me Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 cup of water
- ⅓ Cup of vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3 egg whites
Directions:
- Make sure you have everything you’ll need
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F
- Blend the Chocolate Cake Mix with 1 cup of water, ⅓ cup of vegetable oil or melted butter, and 3 large egg whites until mixture is uniform in texture
- Pour batter into baking pan and begin cooking immediately
- Bake for 40 mins
- Remove from the oven when the cake passes the toothpick test*
*Poke the center of cake with a toothpick; when it comes out clean the cake is ready

I made it into cupcakes.
I prefer sweetened with honey taste, but made this for someone who can't have honey.
There is no icing included, but recipes for icing on the packet.

The mousse filling saved it for me. However, the best was warming it slightly and adding carb free ice cream - tasted wonderful and made a great pudding for the cold winter nights!
