Directions for Use
- Rinse the rice 1–2 times under cold water to help preserve water-soluble nutrients.
- For a softer texture, soak for 30–60 minutes before cooking.
- Add 1 x cup of rice to approximately 3 cups of water.
- Add ½ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil or butter if desired.
- Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 30–40 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork before serving.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Keep securely sealed after opening.
