Directions:
Children aged 2 - 6 years:
Take 1 x capsule daily.
Children aged 7 - 13 years:
Take 2 x capsules daily.
Children aged 14+:
Take 3 x capsules daily.
Alternatively, switch to Viridian High Five multivitamin & mineral.

They cannot swallow asyet or understand to so its a bit traumatic for us both!
