I've tried 2 tablespoons with coffee and now I'm trying 1 tablespoon per cup of coffee so I get 2 cups of coffee out of it :-) I also don't need to add milk which is a bonus. I'm not sure yet about the keeping one's hunger at bay but for now I'm just happy to have good tasting coffee.21/10/2022, By Miss BThis shake is AWESOME!
