Directions:

• Pour 1 x tablespoon of Castor Oil onto the soft Cotton side of the neck pack.
• Place the wrap over your thyroid and adjust the straps until comfortable and secure.
• Wear for a minimum of 1 hour per day.

Care Instructions:

• Wash with water and Bicarbonate of Soda before first use.
• To clean your wrap after use, soak it overnight in a bowl with a mixture of hot water, Bicarbonate of Soda and natural soap such as castile soap.
• The next morning, wash the wrap and wring out the excess water.
• Take an old towel and lay the Castor Oil wrap against the towel, rolling the wrap up while blotting out any remaining oil residue.
• Lastly, hang the Castor Oil wrap out to dry.
• Store the Castor Oil wrap in a glass container after first use.
• Once you feel the Castor Oil wrap or material is no longer functional, replace it with another.
