Ingredient Spotlight:
- Chamomile is known to relieve anxiety as it has calming properties and it can also help symptoms of insomnia.
- Lemon Balm provides a refreshingly lemon scent and can be used to aid with anxiety, insomnia and stress.
- Lavender is thought to calm nerves and lead to better sleep.
Directions:
- Steep in 250ml boiling water for 2 - 5 mins.
