Directions:
- Hot Brew Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water using a cup, or teapot. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes or to taste. Enjoy with or without milk, honey/sugar or a slice of lemon. Best enjoyed at 60° C.
- Hot Brew Iced Tea: Use 1 tea bag for every 250ml boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes or more. For a stronger infusion steep overnight and/or add extra teabags. Remove tea bags and chill. Serve with ice.
- Cold Brew Tea: Use 2 tea bags for every 250ml cold water using a jug, water bottle or travel cup. Steep for 10 minutes. Leave teabags in. Refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
- Optional serving suggestions: Add honey or fruit juice if you prefer a sweeter iced tea or cold brew. Garnish with mint and/or a slice of fresh lemon.

06/11/2023, By WendyI'm so pleased you are stocking this tea as I can't always find it in the supermarkets. This is my default Rooibos tea, which I drink in the mornings. Last time a friend brought some from Napier for me!
