Directions for Use
- Take one capsule daily, with or without food.
- Use consistently to support a balanced gut microbiome.
- When taking antibiotics, separate doses by two to three hours.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage Instructions
- Store below 25 °C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- No refrigeration is required.
- For optimal freshness and potency, consume within six months of opening or before the printed expiry date, whichever comes first.
