Directions for Use
Adults:- Mix 1 sachet (8.5g) into 250–300ml of cold water and consume with food.
- Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
Children and adolescents aged 6–18 years:
- Mix ½ sachet into 200ml of cold water and consume with food.
- Do not exceed ½ sachet per day.
