Directions
- Take 2 capsules daily, on an empty stomach with clean filtered water.
- NB: Drink a minimum of 350ml filtered water when taking the capsules.
- Only take on an empty stomach OR 1 hour before meals OR 3 hours after meals.
Warnings
This product is not recommended for those who have had organ transplants.

I had a heart attack in August 2017 and 4 stents were inserted. I have not been feeling very well since then. Very tired and aching legs. I decided to try your product but it is a bit soon, only 10 days, to really asses it. I will continue and let you know at a later date.
