Do drink enough water with dim.24/08/2024, By NicolaI read so many good reviews and I was so hopeful it would be a good fit for me but I had a terrible reaction to this supplement. I took one tablet as directed after breakfast. That night I woke up with a splitting headache. I was prepared for this as I’d read previous reviews stating as much. What I wasn’t prepared for was the severe upset stomach and vomiting that I experienced all day that day. It’s two days later and I still have a headache and a tender neck.
It probably just didn’t agree with my body but I am would be extremely careful using this product.22/03/2023, By TracyDr Eric Berg recommends taking DIM supplement along with Sea Kelp, Vitamin D (high dose 10-20 000 daily) and cutting out all dairy to cure PMDD. I have been taking all of the above for two weeks and it’s changed my life! I experienced headaches and upset tummy when I first started taking DIM, but all cleared after a week. So worth it!
