1. It deceptively says that you get roughly 210mg of elemental magnesium per serving but not saying how much magnesium is provided per capsule (about 100mg)
2. The capsule has a terrible taste and aftertaste which lasts for very long after taking it. I could still taste the bitterness from the capsule a few hours after taking it
3. The capsule used to contain the powder has mixed reviews about its consumption. So if you want to consume just the powder without the capsule, this will be almost impossible whether you mix the powder in yoghurt or juice. Do not try to mix it with water as you will not be able to swallow even a sip because of how bitter it is.
4. Lastly, I found this magnesium to not be very effective considering it is supposed to be one of the best forms of magnesium on the market.19/02/2024, By MaikeThis magnesium causes a terrible itching sensation at night.
