I've been drinking passionflower tea for some time with 1/4 of a sleeping tablet, and it's been pretty effective at helping me fall asleep. I was given these gummies for Christmas and I was amazed at how effective they are. They also contain passionflower, but there are other natural ingredients too. They make me feel incredibly sleepy within about 45 minutes, and I now taking one with 1/8 of a sleeping tablet and sleeping through the night. Soon, I'll ditch the sleep tablets completely. I think I've finally found my cure!
The best part is that they're locally produced AND they're vegan - no gelatine and totally cruelty-free.
