Directions:
- A little goes a long way - use in moderation to prevent build up.
- Smooth conditioner on the lengths and ends of wet hair after shampooing with Balancing Shampoo, and then rinse well.

This seems to be fine but after drying and a day the hair is dry and static. My daughter has thin, super curly hair and it left her hair feeling very dry and tangled. I have more mature (grey) locks and found it to be too heavy for all over use. I do use it in the ends of my hair especially during the summer swimming/beach season, and that works out fine for me.
