Directions:
Relaxation Ritual:- Add 4-6 drops of Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil to your diffuser or vaporiser.
Soothing Bath:
- For a relaxing bath, blend 3-4 drops with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or sweet almond oil, before adding it to your bathwater.
Calm and Comfort:
- Dilute 1-2 drops with a carrier oil and gently massage onto your temples, neck, or pulse points.
Peaceful Sleep:
- Create a peaceful sleeping environment by adding 2-3 drops to your pillow or sleep mask.
Caution:
