Directions:
- Thoroughly brush twice a day or as recommended by a dentist.

The consistency is quite watery, and I have to put two dollops on my electric toothbrush, but my teeth are clean, and the minty freshness is great. My 15yo daughter also loves it. But I do feel fresh after using it and clean also using the bamboo tooth brush which pairs well.
