I’ve noticed it helps with my digestion and general gut health, and it also feels like a good overall detox. It’s also a great blood cleanser, which is an added bonus. The only downside is that it tastes a bit bitter, but I’ve gotten used to it over time. I’m really glad it’s now available on FTN since it’s not easy to find elsewhere.
