Directions:

06/01/2026, By NasreenThis product is NOT GLUTEN FREE. Contrary to what has been listed by FtN, who are normally so good with their ingredient listing. This product may contain traces of wheat gluten (stated on the bottles lable) and should not be considered gluten free.03/07/2025, By JayI take this at night before bedtime to help me relax and promote good sleep.16/02/2025, By JayI bought this brand for the first time and it really helped to sleep well.
