2 out of 2 people would recommend this product
22/12/2024, By JoAnyone complaining about this product just doesn't know how to use it. Natural sister with 4C hair. I suffered from postpartum hair loss and hair loss due to high cortisol and this product helped my hair grow back. Obviously you alos have to add proper vitamins and minerals into your diet. I put little amounts onto my scalp and the shafts of my hair once a week when it's feeling dry and it helps retain moisture is natural and doesn't have an unpleasant smell. Totally worth it.02/09/2024, By CIt has a great smell and texture, and I was attracted to its multiple uses (leave in, mask, fly away tamer).
As a leave in - too heavy for my fine wavy hair (2A) and it did not help me get a curl pattern going after shower.
As a mask - It gets significantly harder in winter, so I needed to break some down with a fork and then melt it in the microwave before I could apply it as a hair mask. I did not even go into the roots I knew from the experience from the leave-in cream test that it would just be too much. I enjoyed it, but honestly, not sure if I'd recommend it.
As a fly away tamer, it worked great - just get a little bit of product from the surface with your finger and tame those baby hairs. A little bit doesn't leave the hair oily, but I think you can build it up if you want to go for a pony tail with no frizz on the head.
I have also started using it as a skin moisturizer after the shower and this has been my favorite.
I suspect it would work better for other hair types.
