I also sleep about one hour more per night (usually I can only stay asleep for about 4.5 to 5.5 hours, when taking Viridian Cherry Night Powder I get close to the 6.5 hrs I need to feel rested. However, it gives me a blinding headache on waking (and one night the headache kept me awake from about 2 AM!) Apparently it is the increase in melatonin caused by the cherry night powder that can give some people headaches. Im experimenting with lower dosages, trying to get some improvement in sleep without the accompanying headaches the following morning.
