Directions:

• Mix 2 tablespoons of water with 1 large Egg in a greased mug.
• Add 3 tablespoons of the Bread-in-a-Mug premix and mix well.
• Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
• Allow to cool.
• Remove the bread from the mug and cut into 6 slices.
• Enjoy with your favourite toppings!
