Tabu Foods Shiro Miso Organic is a soybean paste which has been traditionally fermented for six months in cedar wood kegs, typically with white rice. This signature Japanese staple carries a savoury, umami flavour with a definite sweetness. Shiro Miso is much lighter than other misos and is often recommended for first-time cooks, or those new to Japanese cuisine.
