Cool Application: Place your eye pillow inside of a Ziploc bag to protect from moisture and place in the fridge, leaving it in until you feel it is cool enough.
Warm Application: Place the eye pillow in a covered glass dish, and let warm in the oven at your desired temperature. Check on it every few minutes (depending on your oven) as you do not want to cook the contents. Shake around the contents a few times for even heat dispersion, and be careful to avoid hot spots - use with caution.
