Mac's Eucalyptus Honey

Sad to read uneducated comment about crystallizing honey. Here are several floral types that don't crystallize quickly in their pure non blending forms; sugar gum, black iron bark gum, flowering gum, orange blossom, buchu, thorn honey, grape honey are but just a few. Different honey crystallize differently, buchu and thorn in pure source almost never crystallize. Aloe, sunflower, canola, saligna gum, Karri gum and many other types of gum crystallize very quickly to read only quickly. The reason imported honey is slow to crystallize is partially high water content and other debris removed. If it doesn't taste strongly of honey then start to wonder..... I love Mac's honey.
