This is the best omega 3 supplement I have ever tried and I’ve permanently changed to The Real Thing Omega 3 in the last few years. I have arthritis in the neck and this was recommended to me by a health practitioner as an alternative to joint pain meds. After using The Real Thing Omega for a month there was a noticeable reduction in inflammation and pain. I have tried other omega 3 supplements to save money, but they do not hold a candle to the superior quality of this one. I highly recommend it and will continue using this omega 3 as long as they produce it.
