Martinnaise Vegan Garlic Mayonnaise

I liked that the garlic flavour wasn too overpowering. I eventually started using it to replace butter or margarine and it worked well to keep sandwiches from getting soggy when prepared the night before! I also used this to make a toasted fake chicken (Quorn veggie chicken fillets) and mayo sandwich and it tasted even better than non-vegan mayo. Would definitely buy this one again and Im interested to see what the other flavours taste like.
