Although I use a menstrual cup for my period, these panties provide peace of mind and a sense of security either in addition to the cup, or for when my period is about to start or just finishing.

I was hesitant to order these because I thought "liner" meant that there was a removable liner which didn't appeal to me, I now know that the additional lining is permanently stitched into the crotch area. So far I have accumulated three pairs and counting, they are black with a red waistband. After my husband commented that they're sexy and it's a pity I only wear them when I have my period, I sometimes wear them on a normal day!
