These get soggy from a moist topping like avocado / hummus and disintegrate, so won't buy them again. Did love the concept, though.

A slightly smoother texture than the gluten free oat cakes - and with additional fat - but so nice that they are organic - as grains aren't typically washed before production of products I believe.
