1 out of 4 people would recommend this product23/05/2016, By ChelseaI chose to buy this product both because of the ingredients and the price. You can doubt that it is a natural and healthy product, but it really is inedible. It isn at all soluble - simply floats down to the bottom once youve shaken it. The spices are also chunky and totally overpowering. I was hoping for a tasty vanilla protein with a hint of cinnamon, and what I got was practically the equivalent of entire jars of cinnamon and glove and half a teaspoon of vanilla. I used the powder once, spat out most of it and gave it away.
I would implore the company to make this product in plain vanilla and ditch the chai. My terrible experience has deterred me from buying any of their other products, which is sad because they use such great and wholesome ingredients.09/10/2014, By MadeleinI really like this product, the spices are strong, but still very nice and a plus that its all natural and healthy ingredients.07/10/2014, By BronwenI was quite excited when ordering this product as I love the taste of Chai spice and i was very impressed with the list of ingredients. On tasting the shake i was absolutely horrified at the taste. They had added way way too much spice and i was pulling chunks of it out my mouth. It was actually completely un-palatable. My recommendation to the company is to review this product, and i would not recommend anyone purchase it.07/10/2014, By TanyaI often purchase the photo pro pea protein isolate. I use the product to make up my own smoothie blends. I decided to try the phyto pro vanilla chai smoothie mix but unfortunately I was most disappointed with the taste. I wonder if the manufacturers actually took the time to taste the product. I love cinnamon, chai and cardamom but they have definitely added too much of these ingredients into this mix. I did not enjoy this at all and found the product extremely sweet. Not sure how much stevia they added! You better off buying their pea protein isolate and whipping up your own mix. Try it with a banana, a dash of coffee, coconut oil and cacao beans.
