Helichrysum Melitense is an aromatic flowering shrub found only on the sheer coastal cliffs of the Maltese isles; the plant is also known as Maltese Everlasting. Essential oil made from Helichrysum Melitense has antiallergenic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It’s also an expectorant that helps to expel mucous from the lungs.
Helichrysum essential oil is known for:
- Alleviating respiratory ailments like asthma
- Reducing inflammation

Directions
Massage therapy: Dilute a few drops of Helichrysum essential oil with a carrier oil, and use as a soothing massage treatment to ease sore muscles and joints, treat respiratory problems, and stimulate digestion and circulation.
Vapour therapy: A few drops added to your bath or inhaled as a vapour therapy treatment will work to sooth aches and pains, stimulate the circulation and help with digestion.
