2 out of 2 people would recommend this product02/03/2017, By BronwenI love this product. I have been sugar free for over two years and struggled with sugar substitutions during this time. I tried everything-Stevia (left a bitter taste in the mouth) honey (can have it due to FODMAP diet) xylitol (gave me stomach cramps, gas and bloating and diarrhea) don trust other sweetners with aspartame in.
Then I tried this...absolutely no gut issues with it. My hubby never knows when Ive used it in baking whereas before with the others, he could taste it straight away.
Plus it is an easy 1:1 substitution, no guess work or calculations needed.
I like the fact it is natural and zero calories.14/10/2015, By LiseDoes what it says in the label, as they say, so I have no complaints. I just found that it felt strangely cold in my mouth, unlike sugar or Xylitol, but it is very fine granules and therefore good for making mousses.
