Laibach Wines
Laibach Vineyards specialise in a range of premium quality organic wines, grown in the deep red soils of Simonsberg, near Stellenbosch. The grapes used to make these wines are cultivated without the use of herbicides, pesticides and harsh chemical fertilisers; that means fewer chemical residues in the soil, the groundwater and in your glass.
Growers at Laibach Vineyards follow key sustainable and organic practises to create these wines; this includes manual weed control, the planting of cover crops, and promoting natural air flow around the vines. The result is a range of sumptuous wines that are better for the environment, and better for you as well. Laibach wines are free of animal-derived additives, and are listed in the South African Vegan Directory.
