Recipe for Pine Nut Vinaigrette:
- 60g Kitchen Garden Pine Nut Butter
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 2Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3Tbsp minced shallots
- ½tsp orange zest
- Salt & pepper
- Simply combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve at room temperature; will keep for up to 4 days if refrigerated.
- Great tossed with greens or citrus slices!
