Recipe for Spicy Hazelnut Sauce:
- 85g Kitchen Garden Hazel Nut Butter
- ½ cup warm water
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ½tsp salt
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2tsp red wine vinegar
- ¼tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Purée the nut butter in a blender together with the water, vinegar & seasonings, until smooth & creamy.
- While blending, add the olive oil in a slow stream & blend until emulsified.
- A great dressing for fish or veggie dishes.
