Directions:
- Bring 3,5 - 4 litres of water to boil
- Add oil if desired
- Add pasta to boiling water and stir gently
- Maintain a rolling boil
- Stir every so often to prevent clinging
- Cook for 10 minutes or until at desired tenderness
- Drain with colander
Care Instructions:
- Noodles made from brown rice flour will take 1-2 minutes longer than white rice alternatives but this is more than made up for with its extra flavour, texture and nutritional value.
