Kimono Shoyu Sauce brings you that irresistible Umami taste made the natural traditional Japanese way, for a healthier option. Kimono Shoyu sauce has been naturally brewed for up to 6 months, the fermentation process breaking down many allergy-triggering proteins in soya, lowering the risk of allergic response and making it more easily digestible and the nutrients easier to absorb. Add richness and flavour to your favourite Asian food or vegetarian cooking without using products laden with added free-glutamates. Made with organic ingredients that are non-GMO so won’t contain any toxic pesticides or chemicals.
