Directions for Use
For porridge- Add 4 tablespoons to 90ml of water or plant-based milk and mix well.
For a smoothie
- Add 3 tablespoons to 250ml of liquid with fruit and blend.
With yoghurt
- Add 2 tablespoons to 125g yoghurt.
- Top with fresh fruit and hemp seeds if desired.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 months.
