I have been trying to discipline myself by eating one a day and it is so hard. I am beginning my journey of relactating and I’m so excited to have them as an aid to help boost milk supply. Used to pump 2.5ml now I’m on 5.5ml in a matter of days.19/06/2020, By FallonI bought 4 of these to try and absolutely loved them. I had tried milk lactation bars from other brands but these are so nutty & soft & sticky & gooey that you cannot help but sit & lick your fingers afterwards. My milk supply did pick up a little even after only a few bars, but I was also simultaneously using lactation tea & other herbs supplements, so I cannot solely attribute my supply to these - but if nothing else - they’re yummy!
