03/08/2020, By AGThis is the first collagen supplement that I've tried and I quite like it. It has an anti-inflammatory effect on my skin and my complexion does look improved. I dissolves quickly and easily and, while it does have a beef-like flavour, it is subtle and not off-putting. A couple of spoonfuls also work great in baking as a binding agent. The only negative about this product is the prebiotic powder, which makes me bloated.
