10/02/2023, By YamkelaGreat and versatile product. Goes well with hot and cold foods (i.e oats and smoothies) I have seen a huuuge improvement in my skin and helps keep my nails stronger too. Worth the hefty price! The 1.1kg usually lasts me 6 weeks, which isn't bad at all. Absolutely love it12/01/2023, By MeganGood source of protein, but I find it really bitter in smoothies and oats. Not such a fan unfortunately.
