Directions
Take one to two capsules twice daily, or as prescribed.
Should bladder infections not improve within 3 days, please consult your practitioner.

Ensure that the condition has been diagnosed by a practitioner.
Contra-indications:
Avoid the use of Buchu before and during menstruation as it can increase menstrual flow.
Buchu can cause stomach and kidney irritation.
Buchu is not recommended during pregnancy as it can act as an abortive.
Buchu might slow blood clotting. Taking buchu along with medications that also slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding.
Some medications that slow blood clotting include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), naproxen (Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, warfarin (Coumadin), and others
Drug Interaction:
Lithium: Interaction of Buchu can increase drug effect and toxicity of Lithium . Monitor use.
Buchu might slow blood clotting. Taking buchu along with medications that also slow clotting might increase the chances of bruising and bleeding.

Side-effects and special precautions: Contains pulegone and may act as gastro-intestinal and bladder irritant.
Known symptoms of over-dosage and particulars of its treatment: Contains pulegone, excessive doses may cause toxicity. None known.
