Wheat bran is made up largely of the outer layer of the wheat kernel – this insoluble fibre absorbs water and adds bulk to waste material, keeping the digestive system regular and healthy.
Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of Health Connection Digestive Bran to porridge, muesli, stews, soups or yoghurt for a fibre boost. You can also use digestive bran as an ingredient in wholesome home-baked breads and muffins.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep in an airtight container after opening.
