Curried Potato Salad Recipe:
- 1kg Organic Baby potatoes – cooked, chilled & cut into bite sized pieces, skins intact
- 1 Cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 onions – sliced finely
- 1-2 teaspoons curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
Before serving sprinkle crushed corriander seeds and crushed mixed nuts on top of salad for extra jazz!

Too much cinnamon in this product, all i can taste is cinnamon.
