There is a burst of flavour, a bit overwhelming at times.
I am slowly getting use to the flavour.12/07/2017, By BronwenLove this spice. I've used it on hake as well as chicken and it is superb.26/03/2017, By RonelGreat addition to any dish. Use it daily. Great flavor combination!12/11/2015, By VerenaThis is a great spice to use in most dishes. It is incredibly flavourful, but definitely needs to be ground a fit finer especially when mixed with couscous, millet etc. A grinder top would be very welcome.
Highly recommend this spice and would certainly buy it again!30/09/2015, By PennyI would HIGHLY recommend this spice mix especially in chicken dishes and pastas. We grind it finer as we need it and it always delivers the most incredible dash of divine to any dish its added to. The mix of flavors lend towards the spicy with clear curry and pepper notes coming though, but no burn, just organic spicy yumminess!
