Soy sauce is made from a fermented blend of soybeans, wheat and salt, and is used in a variety of Asian cooking styles. Soya sauce typically contains quite high percentages of salt, and this lower sodium soy sauce is thought to be healthier. Brewed soy sauce is clearer, with a richer flavour than most commercially produced soy sauce.

Best soya sauce I have ever had. So tasty when we used it to stir fry our meat. Still have the taste in my mind...it was that good!!!
